Posa Newsletter

Hi Posa Journalers,

This is not your usual Posa newsletter. Actually, it’s not a newsletter at all, but more of an update that I am taking the summer months off from writing the monthly Posa newsletters.

Everything is alright. I just have a lot to process and take care of before I can give fully again. I also want to focus my Posa energy on the 2027 planner and guided journal so it’s available in time for you all. And I want to reflect on the purpose of these newsletters, what they offer, whether they’re needed, and what might be most helpful.

If you have any thoughts, I’d love to hear them. Just hit reply and share.

But before I sign off, I want to leave you with a few questions to help guide your 3rd-quarter goals.

The first half of 2026 is behind us, and with the second half may come new or slightly adjusted intentions. If you’re setting goals this quarter, here are some questions to ask yourselves:

What do I want to carry forward into the second half of the year, and what can I lovingly set down?

What are some small ways I can support that shift? (The smaller, the better).

The answer, your goals.

Okay, my friends, keep journaling, keep filling those pages with memories, gratitude, and reminders and lists that lighten your mind and make room to enjoy the present.

I’ll be journaling too. And will be back around after I tend to a few things and enjoy some family time.

Hasta pronto and Happy Journaling!
